What to do?

We had someone come look at the house the other day. The girls and I were trying to think of something to do. It was really cold so we couldn't go to the park. Soooo, we went and had our toenails done. Don't we look cute?

It's Official

Brian has his travel date. It is the 14th of June. Now all of the hard work begins. We are so happy that they've let us stay here long enough so we can go to Talya's Graduation. I can't wait to see our big girls. Where is Qatar you ask? It is on the Saudi Arabian penninsula. Now we aren't worried about being there. It is a very safe country and very western. Women can drive, don't have to cover their faces etc. In fact we are looking forward to learning about a new country and traveling to Europe.

Posting Heaven!

Ok, If you are viewing my blog, I posted like crazy tonight. Make sure you click on the older posts so you see them all. We had a great trip and have tons of wonderful pictures to show for it. You know I'm dying to get out my scrapbooking stuff. Any volunteers to come and take care of my family for a week while I just scrap? Anyone? Please?

Standin' on a corner in Winslow Arizona

Ok, we couldn't resist. We were driving through Winslow Arizona and had to take a picture on the corner. For those of you who are too young (you know who you are) it is an Eagles song. We've been able to answer the age old question, why were the Eagles standing on the corner? They were looking for a ride out of town. What a toilet! What a fine sight to see? I don't think so. Unfortunately for Brian there was no girl in a flatbed Ford slowing down to take a look at him. Must of been the beauties he was with.

Our little weekend trip!

Ok, I'm sure you are all tired of seeing pictures of our weekend trip. Wow, was the Grand Canyon amazing. Unfortunately most of the pictures we have of Gemma she is asleep in the backpack and all you see is her hat. But here are some to prove to her that she was there. Hope you enjoyed the pics. OK, just one more.

The Grand Canyon

Yummy!

Anyone who knows me at all knows that I am incapable of driving long distances without licorace! Gemma was being a bit cranky and I just handed her a red vine. When we stopped at the Meteor Crater, this is what I found. Yes, we gave Maya one too!

Pictures Don't Do Justice

Silly me. In my slideshow, I put Petryglyph Forrest when everyone knows it is the Petrified Forrest. Perhaps if Saundra were taking these pictures you could see the vibrant colors of the mountains. But alas we are just amatures.

When Did I get a Teenager in the House?

This is Maya at breakfast the other morning. She refused to take her headphones off and insisted on me not talking to her while she was listening to "her music". When did she turn into a teenager? I thought I had more time....

OK Talya you are in trouble!

I understand that my little climber gets this from her big sister! Thanks a lot Talya. Can I blame all of the bruises on her head on you? I'm afraid Child Protective Services is going to come after me. Here is my climber at her best. Keep in mind that the ledge where her toes are in about 1 inch deep. What is a mom to do?

Easter Outfits

Look at these sweet, beautiful faces. They are so cute together. It seems like everyday they become closer friends. These are the outfits the girls got for Easter. I just love them. What would I do if I didn't have two little barbie dolls to dress???? This picture was just taken a week ago because it has been too cold here to wear cute clothes (grumble grumble). I'm behind on my postings but not that bad!
