Moment of Truth

Yes! The diet works. And to be honest, it really wasn't that hard. I didn't get tired of eating the soup I just got tired of making it! I lost just under 9 pounds. I also lost 1/2 inch off my waist, 1/2 inch off my hips and 1/2 inch off my arms!

My girlfriend gave me the diet and I did some searching on the internet and it is just the cabbage soup diet. So any of you interested in doing it can go to www.cabbage-soup-diet.com . We are really excited about our results and will be taking today off and going right back on it again tomorrow. Yahoo!

Here is my question, though. How fast does the weight come back on once you stop eating soup?

You eat other things. I don't think the soup is magic. I think is just teaches you to stop over eating and eat in moderation. I also think it fills your stomach with low calorie stuff and you feel full. We took a day off and ate a giant sub for lunch and chinese buffet for dinner with a small cold stone and I gained 1/2 lb. But the next day I was right back on it!
