Moment of Truth

Yes! The diet works. And to be honest, it really wasn't that hard. I didn't get tired of eating the soup I just got tired of making it! I lost just under 9 pounds. I also lost 1/2 inch off my waist, 1/2 inch off my hips and 1/2 inch off my arms!

My girlfriend gave me the diet and I did some searching on the internet and it is just the cabbage soup diet. So any of you interested in doing it can go to . We are really excited about our results and will be taking today off and going right back on it again tomorrow. Yahoo!
